ABOUT US:

HotelManagerOnline was founded by a group of hospitality industry veterans with experience in all aspects of Operations (Housekeeping, Banquets, Outlets, Front Office, Concierge…) with major hotel and leisure companies such as Marriott, Starwood, Disney, Rosewood, etc...

Together, we realized that our current and former respective hotels were not properly and efficiently using the information they had. We also realized that managers starting in a new hotel often had to “reinvent the wheel.” We got tired of poor filing system, of documents getting lost, and of bulky binders.

We decided that there had to be a better way of doing business in the 21st century. As a result, we created this website. Take a tour to find out more.
